City Clinic Launches New Website

Due to DDoS attacks at Netregistry we had to scrap our old website and launch the new website before completion.

Attempting to rebuild our old site after it had been hacked didn't make commercial sense with our new site only a few weeks away from going live.

So a very big welcome to our new site at www.cityclinic.com.au. Unfortunately we are shy of content however we are busy populating and will be for the next few weeks.

For many of our visitors the home page has most of the information they initially need to make an appointment at either City Clinic on King or our brand new centre City Clinic on Jamison.

We apologise for any inconvenience the lack of content may cause our users and ask that you revisit at the end of the month.

City Clinic wins 2011 Sydney Business Awards and

City Clinic has won the Health and Fitness Category of the Sydney Business Awards for 2011 and we also took out the inaugural Microsoft IT Innovation Award which was part of the Sydney Business Awards this year.

We really have to thank our key technology partners; iTonCloud, Essential Data & Voice (EDV), Call Manager, Smartsoft (Front Desk) and Telstra who are the key stakeholders in providing the solution to meet City Clinic's vision of moving all business operations including telephony into a cloud environment.

In addition to the highest level of security and redundancy offered by the CC Cloud we are now able to remotely train new staff, provide a work from home environment for our call and appointment management staff and a secured external login for CC Health Professionals to check appointments and patient notes.

CC Cloud also provides our technology partners with an environment to continue collaboration and development of the next phase of solutions City Clinic has designed to provide the highest level of customer service to our patients and keep us ahead of our competitors.
